A lot of the debate centered around 12 step programs is focused on the religious aspects. The question, "is it right for me, the atheist, to participate in a program that is heavily focused on God?" gets asked a lot. We never claim to have the answers to anyones questions, but we do our darnedest to give you our opinion.
This episode focuses on the often shied away from topic of organized religion's place in the world of addiction recovery.
